Arrived hurt
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
This product arrived hurt in shipping. There was regular hurt to other bikes that I ordered for a toy drive in my office. There is a systemic problem with the packaging of bikes sold by Amazon. Buyer beware.
Excellent Bike, Terrible Crank and Pedals
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
When i recieved my bike, i assemble it and rode it the same day. Well by the end of the day the plastic pedals broke! I went and bought new ones but then the next couple of days the crank grooves for the pedals broke!! I bought a new crank, and another set of pedals!
PROS: Looks fantastic; simple to pop a wheelie
CONS: Brakes are Terrible! The rims are painted = no grip for brakes.; Pedals are terrible; handle bars need alot of getting used to; too expensive for this type of quality.
Just an honest opinion.
babyage seller unreliable Only 1 star- would be 0 if i could

Placed order for this bike on Dec. 7th. supposed to be delivered no later than 19th.rec’d email saying shipping had been delayed,it would ship around the 13th and we would receive an email confirmation of shipping. By the 16th, we had not rec’d an email so attempted to call customer service line. For 3-4 hours the line was busy. When finally connected,I waited 45 minutes before speaking with a expressive, who emailed for another expressive to contact me(which I have not been contacted)because she was only able to inform me that the item had not shipped and that it might ship in 3 to 5 days. On the 17th, rec’d email from amazon saying it has not shipped. I attempted to call customer service all day and have only gotten a busy signal. Still have not rec’d a response of any kind from babyage. Item still hasnt shipped. Was to be Christmas gift. Amazon.com shows babyage has instock with 4-5 day process. If bike is in stock “as advertised”, why the delay? be wary.
Seller tells lies

This seller is not reliable. I ordered this bike for my son for Christmas. The order stated that it would be delivered between Dec 10 and Dec 15. I called, a week after I ordered, to check the status of my order, because I had not heard from them, and they changed the date to Dec 19. I am hoping that they deliver but the delay and change of date has me worried. The product class says that the bike is “In Stock”, if this is right what is the delay?
Fantastic bike!
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
Our son likes his new bike. He likes the graphics and the bright color, but mainly the trick bars on the wheels. He plans to learn to do some tricks; he’s experimenting already. My husband wishes there were brakes on the bike you utilize with the pedals, but it is understandable with the trick bars that you need hand brakes. The only thing we would change is to have both types of brakes.
Fantastic Buy

The bike arrived in perfect condition and on time with very small assm. needed. It looks and works fantastic. My child Likes it. Very excellent buy.
A Bike with No Pedals!!!
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
We were very excited to assemble this bike tonight. The torn apart box foreshadowed what comes next. The bike came with neither pedals nor foot pegs as advertised!!! I ran out to Walmart and bought the last pair of pedals only to find out they don’t fit. Christmas morning will come with a bike that my son won’t be able to ride and it won’t look like the picture either because the pegs are missing too. Customer service is closed; I’m sure until after Christmas. I hope Pacific Cycle is excellent enough to mail them out overnight when they re-open after Christmas. I’ll update this review to let you know if they are…
Awesome bike for kids between 16″ and 20″ frame size
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I bought this bike for my son’s 8th Birthday. He is 52″ tall.
My son was getting too huge for his 16″ bike. We checked out a lot of 20″ bikes but they were all too huge. There are a few 18″ on the market but all were too expensive. Although this is a 20″ bike, it has a “compact” frame. Look at the top tube on the picture. It slopes allowing the seat to be lower. The length of the crank is also shorter so that the pedals don’t come too high thus allowing the child to sit while riding.
Mongoose have other similar bikes but this one seems better. For a start, the frame is Aluminium which means it’s lighter. Many of the components are better quality than say the Mongoose Crush (Eg. Alloy pedals rather than plastic). I paid $120 for this bike and would’ve quite happily paid up to $200 for it.
soooo. simple to assemble, rugged..
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
Shipment was honestly quick, extremely simple to assemble, just a few steps, can’t even call it assembly!! The bike is a small heavy, but otherwise, simple to ride, for a 6 yr. ancient.. nice looking.. seems rugged!!
