Incorrect Pedals with Bike, can’t ride it!

While trying to place the bike together the night before gift giving…the pedals that were included in the box DID NOT fit! The part that screws in was too large. After 5 days I am still waiting for a response to resolve the situation. We had to use instead our own pedals from an older, smaller bike to make it ok for now. I am extremely disappointed with the product and the lack of customer service.

Comes partially or should I say mostly assembled and it took under 1 hour to place all in place for my 10 yr ancient boy to have fun.

We saw this bike online and my son fell in like with it. We ordered the item, and it arrived with torn outer packaging and no packing material around the bike and the bike had clearly sustained hurt. We returned the bike with ease. We ordered another bike thinking the packaging on the first one was just a fluke, but once again, the bike came with the box torn and this new bike was also hurt. I would not recommend purchasing this product over the internet.

    Very Pleased…

I bought this as a christmas present for my 10 year ancient son…he categorically loved it since day one. Two minor details is that the kick stand indeed keeps coming loose so we chose to take it off. Also the brakes are quite a pain to adjust so we took the front brakes off as well. It is pretty sturdy and has excellent looks, even the thief that stole it,loved it….rumor has it that.

My son loved his bike. This thing is built fantastic and looks fantastic also. The price was excellent and when you consider the free shipping I felt that this was a really excellent deal.

Nice bike. Simple to assemble and it’s tough enough for my 9 year ancient to jump ramps, curbs, tall buildings in a single bound…etc. The only problem we’ve had is with the kickstand: it keeps loosening up so it doesn’t hold the bike upright.

He likes it! Really, believe it or not – my son is 19 and in college and this is exactly what he wanted to scoot around campus!
